In God's Service Store Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days.
U.S. Orders - Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 days,
International Orders: 10 to 14 days.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on selected and made-to-order products.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address once your package has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight of the items in the order. Under 2 lbs ship free.
We provide 2 shipping options:
STANDARD SHIPPING (Under 2 lbs) - FREE
STANDARD SHIPPING (Over 2lbs) - $9.00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $9.00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Over 2 lbs) - $49.00

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case the order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Custom products are not available for overseas shipping
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue. Unfortunately, we have no control of what happens to packages once they have been shipped.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Due To Change of Mind
In God's Service Store will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 90 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to manufacturing for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. At this time, orders begin processing, which takes an additional 3–7 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our local vendor to the destination. In the event of local stock depletion, some items may ship from an international proxy. Approximate shipping time in this instance is to 2 - 4 weeks. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Some products are outsourced from various vendors, so most inventory is not on the premises. This helps us keep the cost of our products low and your shipping FREE.
